FREEDOM OF THE SEAS

Mark and I spent the past 7 days sailing the Carribean on this beauty. This was our 1st cruise and it was amazing. We had so much fun with our friends playing hard and just relaxing. We went to a show almost every night before and after dinner.
This particular ship had a flowrider (surf simulator), mini golf, and a rock wall to climb.
Mark spent everymorning perfecting his surfing skills, while I slept in of course.
We spent plenty of time soaking up the sun at the pools. I even judged the sexy legs competition. The free icecream just a few feet away didn't hurt either.
This was the main promenade on the ship where most of the shops and food were located.
Even though our vacation was fun we still couldn't wait to come home to Zac! Wish we really could have packed him up in our luggage and taken him with us.
More pics to come. A huge thanks to our families for taking such great care of our little man while we were away.

Baby Its Cold Outside

Mark and I were bored the other day so we decided to bundle up Zac and take him out to play in the snow. Zac figured out quickly that he needed to keep his gloves on.
He loves being outside and really loved playing in the snow.

Zac wouldn't let go of it. He carried it everywhere.
Daddy built Zac his first snowman.
And of course Zac had to sit on top of it. Bronco was very concerned.
It wouldn't be an outside adventure at our house if Mater wasn't involved.
Hopefully it will warm up a little bit so we can go back outside and play in the snow again soon.

Kangaroo Zoo

With it being so cold outside lately we have had to come up with new things to do to wear Zac out. Zac and I both love Kangaroo Zoo! It wears him out and he always takes a great nap afterwards. Zac loved the baseball blowup toy. He spent most of his time there putting the ball on the cone and then hitting it off.

Figured out how to climb up the slide to get into the bounce house.
Zac and his buddy Ryker.

Halloween

We had such a fun Halloween with Zac this year. We were invited to a great party with our friends. Zac had so much fun playing in one of the girls costumes - she was a rubix cube. Our little monster

Zac and Daddy
Our little family "How to Train Your Dragon" vikings and the dragon we caught.
Thanks to our great friends for throwing such a great party and inviting us to be a part of it.

Fall Fun

Here is a little of what we have been up to so far this fall Building forts with cousins.
Visiting the pumkin patch. Zac loved running around all the pumpkins. It took him awhile but he finally picked a pumkin that was just his size. Zac also loved riding around in the wagon with his cousins.
And we can't forget his new boots he got from his Aunt Kate. He is so happy when he has these rain boots on. He also got a pair of cowboy boots from his Uncle Scott and Aunt Marie, I will have to put up pictures of those in another post.

ARIZONA

A few weeks ago Mark and I ran away to Arizona for a few days. One of Mark's mission companions was getting married so it gave us the perfect excuse to get away. We left Zac home for the first time. It was a lot harder than I thought it would be. Mom struggled but he did great with Grandpa and Grandma Bradshaw. We stayed at the amazing Arizona Grand Resort. Since it was a random weekend in September the place was empty. Most nights we had the pools to ourselves. This was the amazing view from our room at night.

On Friday we attended Brett and Hayley's wedding. It was fun watching Mark interact with his Mission Companion. After the reception we went to dinner at an authentic Mexican Restuarant in Mesa. As you can see the salsa was way too spicy for Mark and I. So we ordered the guacamole with was heavenly.
Saturday we played at the resort's waterpark all day. Unfortunately no pictures since I left the camera in the room. The waterpark had 3 huge waterslides, a wavepool, and the best part a half mile lazy river. We spent he majority of the time in tubes floating the lazy river. That night we met up with Josh another one of Mark's companions for a Brazilian dinner. Dinner was again amazing. They served all you can eat 15 different types of meat, fried bananas, and my favorite grilled pineapple.
Overall it was a great spur of the moment trip. Good friends + good food always = a great time. Zac did great with Grandpa and Grandma they kept him so busy he hardly even noticed we were gone. A huge thanks to them for watching him while we were away.

A Manly Post.... Finally!

Katie was fired from blog posting because her blogs were too cute! Zac has her tied up with his binki saver, while I pirate the blog. Hence the new manly back ground... or as manly as a background as I could find.

As you will see, Lil Bro. Scott and I hit up the sand dunes this weekend. These pics prove that we are just seconds away from sponsorships.... Any time now...

We also survived an almost near death tarantula attack and both realized that we are no longer 18 and can only do this with an iv drip of ibprofen after.

Tune in next time when Zac, Bronco and I tickle Katie till she..... you get the idea.

IF 1 IS GOOD 2 IS BETTER

One night a few weeks ago some of our friends were over for dinner. As we were eating dinner I looked over to check on Zac since it got a little quieter than normal. This is what I found. I swear he stashes binkies like a squirrel stashes nuts. Love him don't know what we ever did without him.

15 MONTHS

I can't believe that my baby is 15 months old already. He is growing up way to fast. Zac is totally independent. He has a mind of his own and beams from ear to ear when he figures something new out. Just last week he started walking/running around. He has such good balance for just starting out. He is still faster at crawling so he will only walk when it is his idea. We have been so blessed having Zac in our home. He makes us laugh everyday. His favorite words right now are Thank You and UM. We went the the Dr. this week for his 15 month check up. He is growing just like he should be. Still tall and skinny. Sure do love our little man.

15 month stats....
weight: 21.11 lbs
height: 32"
head circumfrence: 18"

WAKEBOARDING SEASON IS FINALLY HERE!

So its finally here...Wakeboarding season! Since it rained most of June this year we didn't get to the lake to go wakeboarding until July. I was nervous how Zac would do this year. Worried that he would hate the boat and having to wear his life jacket. As always my little man surprised me. He doesn't even notice his life jacket is on and he loves the boat. We went wakeboarding with our friends this week on Wednesday night and Zac didn't move from this spot the entire time. He loved watching the people wakeboard he would even clap and wave at us.
Brian and Lindsay Bunker some of our longest and best friends. We had so much fun with you guys.

Our little family.
Our little man. He keeps growing up on me. I wish I could put him in a bubble. I love the stage he is at right now.
John and Heidi. Love these two. They always make anything we do so much fun.

Of course Mark's first jump of the season. Not too bad for the first run. We had a great night with our friends on the lake. Looking forward to many more nights of boating memories with them. Hooray for Summer finally being here.
